FVWL RIC-Staff Health and Wellbeing- Baseline Survey

This survey has been designed to capture your knowledge, use and the relevance of the current Staff Health and Wellbeing resources that are available to you, provided or promoted by your Local Authority or our FVWL RIC. This will produce a baseline from which further improvements will be made. It mostly features multiple-choice questions as your time is very valuable and surveys have featured heavily this past year.
